There are two multi-purpose cultural centers in the immediate vicinity of Maasbree: Theater Maaspoort in Venlo and DOK6 in Panningen. The Maaspoort focuses at offering concerts and theater; DOK6 offers a broader range of entertainment. Here, you can also watch movies (mostly American and Dutch). Both organizations have restaurants and a bar. If you want to watch a movie in Venlo you can do this at the cinema 'Nieuwe Scene' on the Nieuwstraat. This cinema offers a wide range of international films. You can also enjoy Asian, Scandinavian and French films (with subtitles). Look for more information on the websites.
